Holy S**t Easter?

What is up with Easter this year? All of the stores were closed along with several smaller restaurants. Now I can give the small Mexican and Italian restaurants since they are usually hard core Catholic but stores like Best Buy, CompUSA, and container store (where I tried to go) have no excuse.

This is a religious holiday so automatically that means a group of society that doesn’t even care (like me). Most people use this day as a day to spend time with the kids or family to have a picnic or go to brunch but that does not make it a “holiday”. My main point is that any holiday that is celebrated in the US should include shopping or it is not an “American” holiday. What is more American than shopping? The only day that I would allow to not have shopping is Christmas Day. The only reason for that day is because we need one day to rest after the shopping marathon that is Christmas.

Jagger, Jasmine and crew are back (kinda)

Jagger, Mondo, Dean, and Jasmine are now on 105.3 from 9AM to 12PM. Rhett called to tell me since this is a station that I would not normally listen to.

This answers the question as to what they will do next. It is nice they are back on the air there are a great group. The only drawback now is that instead of songs and comericals during their breaks you only get comericals.
